What's the name for this?

I'm looking for what I'd describe as a stem cap. Both my road bikes have them on the headset. Basically a little piece of rubber that fits into the bolt to stop it going rusty. My hybrid and MTB both don't have them and have rusty bolts.
What's the name so I can search and try to find one that fits my hybrid?
P.S. I've just noticed, I now own 4 bikes! What is wrong with me

I just fit stainless bolts here; this cures the rust problem. The little rubber jobbies just fall out and get lost IME.
cheers

Bike deficiency. You need at least two more.

I think they are called "Dams".
Always goes along the lines "Where did that Dam thing go?"

When you find some will you let me know, please.

I managed to adapt a cap of a plastic bottle for my MTB.

That's half as many as I've owned in my life.

If you have ever worked in a Sexual Health role - there is a whole different meaning!

Google is enlightening.

So we're looking at quill stems? OK, they (quill stem caps) seem to be different. I once picked one up of the floor of the bike compartment in a train but it's no use to me as it fits only one stem. My adjustable has an elongated one. MTB stems seem to have sunken bolts again with different caps (see link). I would ask in a bike shop and what they have lying about in the workshop.
