LOUD horn!

hi guys,

So I was wondering what your experience with horns was.

I've got a £5 jobbie on one of my bikes, seems to work well, but I've switched over to my suspension MTB for commuting, and looking to get a nice horn for it.

Now, there is the AirZound, which incidentally I have one of, but not sure I can be faffed to take it on and off the bike every time... I haven't actually ridden with it yet... and I think I lost the handlebar attachment, cause I'm a "klutz".

There is also the M Part megahorn, which I've never used, but cannot imagine it would be worse than the £5 ebay jobbie I bought. Anyone got any experience with it?

All thoughts welcome (except asking me why I commute on an MTB) :P

Well it's obvious why you commute on an MTB. Obviously, your commute goes across a mountain.

Do you mean a classic horn like this:

http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/11074783 ... pla&crdt=0

Or the more temping:

http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/26089696 ... pla&crdt=0

:D

the more tempting is the one I have on my 2nd class MTB at the moment. I'd move it over, but I taped it under the bar tape and it's a faff to get it off, move it, etc.

It works king of well; reasonably loud, but I want something that is flubberingly and obnoxiously loud!
