For reason's related to Google and advertising, I decided to try Firefox again. (Ver 17.0.1 under Windows XP)
However, if I try and log on, the forum says I'm logged on (name in the list of users at the bottom of the Board Index page) but I don't see 'New Posts' nor my details on the top of the page, and I can't post. (For those who are wondering, this is being input via Chrome )
I've tried re-setting my password etc., but when I try and log-in I automatically get kicked back to the log-in prompt
Any ideas? Anyone?

Try clearing the cache and cookies (Ctrl+Shift+Delete), and maybe update to version 18.0.

If that does not work it might be an add-on causing the problem, restart in safe mode and see if it works.
