Ok guys, thanks for all the replies...I decided to go with the Deda ADJ simply because I assumed it would be a direct replacement for the Deda Quattro stem fitted by my LBS when they did the bike build. Unfortunately I was wrong! I quickly discovered that the height of the headset end on the ADJ stem is slightly less than on the Quattro. As a consequence, my steerer top cap no longer functions correctly and the forks now move under braking. However I'm told this is not a major issue because all that is required is a wider headset spacer. What does disappoint me about the ADJ adjustable stem, is the lack of any angle setting marks. This feature is included on some of the cheaper stems already mentioned, but not this one. So maybe, not such a good buy.
Did you spot a typo on this page? I'll bet their is won...
