Bike boxes in a VW Sharan

Is anyone please able to confirm if two bike boxes will fit sideways in a VW Sharan, preferably on the back seats?

We don't have these or the Touran in Australia.

If you look at the VW uk web site you will be able to find the internal dimensions of the Touran - make an allowance for projecting door handles they can often get in the way of loads like this.
