Shimano 105 9 speed jockey wheels

Would be grateful for some Shimano knowledge here. I'm overhauling my girlfriend's sister's bike (oldish Cannondale R600, all RX100 8x2 speed except a 105 short cage rear mech). The jockey wheels need changing. They've got 10 teeth but are narrower than 7/8 speed shimano replacements. All replacement wheels for Shimano 9 speed seem to have 11 teeth. Can I use the 11 tooth wheels - obviously they're about 4mm bigger in diameter or can you sitll find 10 tooth 9 speed wheels?
