A year on !

Hi all
It was just over a year ago I set out from John O Groats with the aim of cycling solo unsupported to Land's End.
My route was planned to miss all busy roads and follow Sustains route and minor paths for 98% of my trip.
For those about to set out the 'experience' was amazing and truly a challenge.
I produced a short film clip to give a flavour of the route of took and the weight I lost ! ! !
