Holland Fuel?

Post by Squeezebox »

Hello,

I am off to my first trip around Holland. I have read somewhere that the screw on/off gas canisters are difficult to get there, and now I cant find where I read it!

What fuels are , or aren't easily available there?

Also, anyone used (or can find) the pole camping sites?

Thanks if anoyone can help on these.

Just search for 'edelrid adaptor' on this forum.

Use the international site http://www.campingaz.com/ to see if the its supported in the local market. Then your looking for "cartouches" . Might want to google the .nl domain name with the local word too. Google maps "search near" might help too

The standard screw on ones sold in DIY places will fit. As they are taller you would need a base or something to stop the stove falling over
