I have decided to replace my old jacket as its old and leaking. I commute and tour ( the former all year round), have a budget of up to £120. Any suggestions?

Something Gore-Tex Paclite springs to mind. I have an aversion of the black rain jackets that seem quite popular at the moment - dull skies and you want something highly visible.
