Any Edge 810 users out there?
Have a couple of questions!
1. Started my cycle this morning at 8pm. Stopped for lunch at 12:30 and to charge my stuff. How do you pause the track? Or do you have to have separate tracks for each stop/start???? Grrrrr
2. I saved a course of my route which I was using to navigate. I stopped last night at my campsite. This morning when trying to restart it appears to want to start from the beginning again. How do I start from my current position on the route?
Thanks

1. Press the bottom right hand button (then hold bottom left for 5 seconds to reset the log).
2. I would split it up into days, but I don't know the answer to you question.

When I'm out and stop I just hit the stop/start button on my 800, then hit start/stop when I start riding again.

You could split the route into days as mnentioned but that doesn't give you no flexibility should something prevent you reaching the end of the route. Another option is to create the course and upload it to the Garmin, then change the settings on that route and to set the route to display and change to the display colour so it shows clearly on the map. If you're not too far off the route you can look for it on the map and hit no when asked if you want to navigate to the beginning of the route.
This advice comes from using an Edge 800 so shouldn't be that much, if any, different for an Edge 810.
