Hi, I bought the Cateye EL530 and it is bright enough for cycling on the line. Someone said that they also had used this light and reported their was a concentrated spot of light at centre of beam which one's eyes were drawn to. I agree with that comment. I think it would be better to have a light with a more uniform beam, though I won't be buying another light but if anyone is thinking of one, they might consider this pointy. Now that I have the light, I am happy with it and can't afford to change it for another.
