Try here:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Wiki ... _CotswoldsDownload the gpx files. They come in several sections and you might find you have to reverse the direction on each one, as they appear to be plotted going west-to-east.

Being lazy Andy - are all of those routes existing or planned official routes or are some individual's trips or interpreted versions?
Not saying there is anything wrong at all with the latter but am just interested.

All the Biroto ones in the UK are NCN routes - there's a column with the NCN number, so the Devon C2C has a '27' by it. I think they're sourced from OSM.
I've just added a "download GPX" option to the route guides at
cycle.travel, so you can download a GPX for Reading-Bristol from the
Kennet & Avon pages - haven't done London to Reading yet, though you could use the map pages to get a GPX for that if you liked.

SFAIK he has mostly compiled from OSM. But that can mean different things: ultimately the accuracy of OSM is to some degree dependent on the person who originally mapped and uploaded them. In theory errors in OSM should be picked up and corrected by others - but the pool of active OSM mappers is actually pretty small as a percentage of OSM users
