Full mudguards, good to see...

Just tipped that on it's back, and it does look rather comfortable that way round ;)

Using the measure tool in Photoshop, I get a 67º head angle! 73º Seat tube

I've just put some "North Road" handlebars on a 72º parallel 1982 Raleigh Record Ace that is too large for me (standover height could be a problem in an emergency!) combined with a 150mm! quill stem - initial 35 mile ride had me in paroxysms of pleasure.

Hands much nearer than anything modern or "conventional". But a distinct relaxation in upper body - no noticeable elbow issues. Also the ability to duck down low, as if one was "on the drops", knees popping up between the elbows.

Next experiment is to try a shorter stem and suck it and see? Bit like the illustration originally posted.

Basically it's fun riding bikes and realising IT IS fun and we are bendy people who can sometimes surprise ourselves?
