I just came across this on Thorn cycles forum.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/r4choice
Its a BBC podcast available for another six days. After 2013's high-profile spate of cyclists' deaths on London's streets, Dr Kevin Fong evaluates the realities of travelling by bike on UK roads.
Apologies if this has been posted already
Right of Way: Cycling and the City
Re: Right of Way: Cycling and the City
It has, but not as a podcast. Podcasts are much easier to download than the rubbish iPlayer.

Amazingly I agreed with Andrew Gilligan when interviewed on this programme he said cycle safety increases with more cyclists on the road - "safety in numbers".
NB this is an unusual occurrence - agreeing with Andrew G.
