I'm considering cycling the North Sea Cycle Route from mid July anti-clockwise, starting from Bremen, Germany.
Any tips/ advice particularly regarding camping and if wild camping is generally possible or acceptable along the route?

For some info. on the NSCR for Holland, Germany, Denmark & Sweden have a look at our website pages http://www.cycletourer.co.uk/cycletouring/nscrinfo.shtml
As far as camping is concerned you shouldn't have too much bother as there are plenty of campsites along the route and in July they should all be open. As far as wild camping is comcerned as far as I'm aware in Holland and in Germany it forbidden. In Denmark there are many designated bivi sites marked on maps which you can use, most have a fire place, earth closet toilet, water pump and some have bivy shelters.
In Norway and Sweden you can take advantage of the 'Allemanrätten' where you can camp on non farm land as long as you are at least 100m away from housing.
hope that helps
