By the time the adjusters are at their limit, so are the blocks so they get replaced and the adjusters put back to Position One.
Isn't that the way it's designed?
I thought you were supposed to set the barrel midway so that you could make a final very fine adjustment one way or the other - it was for fine tuning while cable adjustment took up the inevitable slack when the pads wore.
Who knows? No-one ever tells you and I guess we all make it up as we go along (well I do anyway
