Right I'm off to work now.
Problem is its day 1 of the Giro d'Italia and the team time trial finish is 100 yards from my office. Hopefully they keep the noise down and don't disturb my work

The team time trial doesn't start till 5.45 so you should be O.K. to see it.

There's something about a "caravan" going along so I hope it doesn't hold up the race.

From this mornings TV it sounds like the whole of Belfast has been painted pink!



Start: Titanic Quarter

Finish: Belfast City Hall

Practice session: 10am-12noon

Caravan leaves Titanic Quarter: 4.30pm

Race: 5.45pm – 7.30pm (approx)

I noticed some of these chaps riding in the Giro don't have bells on their bicycles!
Hopefully they won't get stopped by the PSNI.

As I sit here watching the Giro I am feeling a bit sick as I mentioned to my wife that it would have been an ideal weekend to come over there for the first time as not only is the Giro on but also the NW200 and she questioned why I didn't as we could afford it.
That will teach me not to keep my mouth shut at times.
