I tried buying something from Settle at the beginning of August, but got the following message:

"Unfortunately we are not able to process your order as we are closing the
Company soon
Your Card details have been distroyed.
Sorry we can't help"

I noticed the website was still running until last week or so, but I presume they were running down their stock.

Now they've gone, what other (cheap) online shops do people recommend?

I see that the eBay shop cyclists-friend has the username duncycling.

Spa Cycles or Bike Plus. Parker International for roadie stuff. SJS occasionally for things I can't get anywhere else but I don't like their postal charges.
If at first you don't succeed - cheat!!
