cOURT ACTION AGAINST INSURANCE CO

having had my pride and joy stolen if the Insurance Co does not settle would it be worth suing - any guidance experience?

Bike worth £800 ( to replace ) - the policy says like for like

It depends on the policy wording. If you think you have a case then the Insurance Co.s own complaints procedure is first step. If no joy then the ombudsman
