hi everyone, My eyes water a lot in this cold weather [as well as probs. with insects in the summer] so I need a good pair of prescription cycling glasses to keep out the wind and the elements. I'm slightly short sighted and only need a slight tint. Any suggestions. How much am I likely to pay and where might I get a pair. I have a copy of my GGOS2 optical prescription. cheers. Bob. J.

Definitely Optilabs. If you check back a few months in the archives you will find this subject covered extensively.

Tesco sell what they call sports gogles for £40.00 which come with an insert for single vision corection to your prescription. Takes about a week. You would need to find one of their stores near you with an opticians. The range at the one in Coventry was not that good when I went and they only seemed to have sun glasses with quite dark tints.
