Settle Cycles

Does anyone know what has happened to Settle Cycles? Their website has disappeared and they haven't advertised in the last two Cycle mags.

Try a forum search - it was discussed recently but I can't remember what the result was!

Have a look on the "Cycling goods and services" topic - there's a thread on there which has developed over the months since the company changed hands and moved away from Settle.

Read through the thread and you won't be surprised if they have closed down.

The loss of a decent traditional bike shop in Settle is a loss indeed.

Someone said they're trading on eBay as a shop "cyclist's friend".

They were closing their warehouse in Market Weighton when I visited in the Summer.

I was advised the business was moving to a small village nearby.
