It’s not that easy is it? Eventually I navigate to the right page which proudly tells me I owe nothing I’m up to date. The letter looks genuine it says I owe money. Call this number and pay over the phone.
is there anyone working there? Same tune same messages but never an indication of where you are in the queue. Very time consuming and annoying.
Friday I thought I’d give it a really good go I gathered all my tools to clean the chimney, called HMRC, pressed the appropriate numbers and ' my voice is my password' put it on loudspeaker and cleaned the chimney. I cleaned the chimney, cleaned the stove glass and cleaned everything away and still music.
It’s a joke isn’t it?

could be a scam, I've had three phone calls, recorded message to tell me I'm going to be arrested if I dont pay up.
