Some Shop bought Sandwiches more Calorific than Burgers!

Aye well: "A typical adult – based on a 60kg woman doing an average amount of exercise – is advised not to consume more than 70g of total fat per day, 90g of sugars or 6g of salt."
How about an 75-kilo bloke burning 600 kcal/hour on a bike? Strikes me that all the "worst" sandwiches would make quite good fuel.

Have we got time for another cuppa?

I confess… I had a Whopper at an airport recently
. Looking around at the motley collection of sandwiches and wraps on offer it didnt seem too bad. I didnt get fries though. Back on the bike today after 15 flights and many days of coach travel
. Gotta shift that unwelcome 5lbs weight gain.
