I've managed to crack the screen on my Etrex 20, fortunately still working and useable and can be used as it is but I'd prefer to get it repaired if I can.

The Garmin UK web site suggests repair is possible but I can't find a customer support email address, it either diverts to an FAQ type page or gives me US information.

There's also a company that advertise repairs, http://satnavrepairservice.com/repair-s ... ir/30.html does anyone have any experience of them?

I don't thinkGarmin will repair it but just supply a refurb unit cost is unit based ~$89 so probably £90 in the UK?
