I reckon it would snap pretty quickly.
Technically isn't it still a mono fork? As long as there is something holding the front wheel that allows steering then to me it is a fork or forks.

Is it just me, I think it looks a fun machine, and certainly looks rideable. Maybe more suited to sunny French boulevards than LJOG though
