Shimano 600 Ax 'Parapull' brake pads

Does anyone know where I can get pads for these or are there any current cartridge pads that WILL fit. It seems a shame not to use these as they are pretty much mint except for the pads.
information on cycling in and around Chesterfield during the 1930's -1970's wanted
