Road Bikes - Holdsworth / joop Zoetemelek

As a youth I had 2 bikes theat I dearly loved. The first was a Raleigh Joop Zoetemelek. I think it was modelled on the Europa but was definitely a step up. I can find no record of them now. Anyone remember them? Have one? Am I imagining things.

The scond was a Holdsworth Colstar, which eventually got 'misplaced'.

Anyway on to tjhe main point. I've had a Holdsworth Criterion in the Shed for many years now, bought on impulse but never used in anger. I'm now getting back into my bike, but via my MTB, so I was wondering, is that holdsworth actually a decent bike? How much would it cost to get a better one (new)?
